Who runs this site

edWeb Lab is an independent web design studio from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Contact: hello@edweblab.com.

What I collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email, company (optional), the type of project and your message. I use it for one thing — to reply to you and prepare a quote. It is never sold or shared for marketing.

How the form is delivered

The form is delivered by email through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a service that forwards the message to my inbox. If the form is not available, your own email app opens instead.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, no advertising and no tracking. It only remembers your language and colour choice in your own browser (local storage); that never leaves your device.

Hosting

The hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security, for a limited time.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to answer them and for any work that follows, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what I hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted — just write to hello@edweblab.com. You may also complain to your data-protection authority.
